Ginger hairy coos are the ultimate Scottish icon. This handsome chap falls more into the ‘Strawberry blonde’ category, but that only adds to his charm. I couldn't resist capturing this windswept and wonderful photo of him grazing on Islay’s Mull of Oa. This rugged peninsula is where you’ll find the iconic American Monument sat atop the cliffs; a touching tribute to the soldiers who lost their lives at sea nearby during WWI.
