Shipping Update for EU Customers

As a result of Brexit, there are a number of changes which impact my online shop and orders being sent to EU countries.

I would like to be able to explain exactly what these changes mean for you, but the information available online is vague and complicated.

What I can tell you is that delays in receiving your order are likely, due to the postal services having to adjust to the new rules/regulations.

In addition to this, you may be charged a customs fee and/or tax in your home country to receive your package. There is no clear information on what this fee will be: it varies by country, by item, and by transaction value.

I’m also unsure exactly how these fees are collected, however I now need to capture your contact number at the checkout stage, so that the postal service or customs can contact you if these charges apply.

From what I've heard, the fees can be quite significant - and a rather unpleasant surprise for the recipient. I don't want any of my customers to experience this.
Until things settle down and I can provide you with some definitive information, I completely understand if you decide not to place any orders at this stage, and to be quite honest, I actually encourage it.

This is another huge challenge for businesses during an already very difficult time, and I just want to thank you so much for your support, and for your patience while I figure things out.

If you have any questions, please let me know, and I’ll do my best to answer them.
